According to Vaastu-Shastra we should keep the following points in mind:

1. If there are no doors and windows in the N direction, then there will be financial losses.

2. If the toilet is in the NE, then there will be high medical expenses.

3. Vaastu defect in the N causes boils and vereneal diseases.

4. Dark store room in the house causes eye problems.
